In this framework, FDJ<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> supports<span style=\"font-family: Arial; padding-left: 30px; font-size: normal;\">the Scientific Interest Group (SIG) &#8220;Game and Societies&#8221; since its creation through its <\/span>&#8220;Jeu Responsable&#8221; program. As a public operator of games of chance and money games, FDJ<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> is best known\u00a0 to the general public for its gambling games (LOTO<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, Euro Million My Million, jeux de grattage illiko<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, paris sportifs&#8230;) and its\u00a0 advertising campaigns. Its role in supporting research in the field of gambling or games in general is less known. But for many years, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: normal;\">FDJ<sup>\u00ae <\/sup><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: normal;\">commits to facilitate knowledge sharing and promote informed debates about the social phenomenon of gambling and in particular of money game.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; padding-left: 30px; font-size: normal;\"> The <strong>Scientific Council<\/strong> of\u00a0 SIG &#8220;Game and Societies&#8221; guides its scientific policiesl, manages the annual calls for projects and select the winners. It is composed of following members : <\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff; font-family: Arial;\">Elisabeth Belmas<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff; font-family: Arial;\"> : <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Professor of Modern History at University Paris 13 &#8211; Sorbonne Paris Cit\u00e9, game specialist and Secretary General of the Scientific Council of the Forum &#8220;Game and societies&#8221; from 2010 to 2013. As a specialist in the history of the games, she has published <span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><em><a href=\"https:\/\/2015-2018.ludocorpus.org\/jouer-autrefois\/\">Jouer autrefois. Essai sur le jeu dans la France moderne<\/a><\/em><\/span>. She is also historian of health and diseases. She has participated in the INSERM collective expertise &#8220;gambling and money-contexts and addictions&#8221; which has been published in July 2008<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff; font-family: Arial;\">Jean-Michel Costes<\/span><\/strong> <span style=\"color: #3366ff; font-family: Arial;\">:\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sociologist and demographer, office manager of hospital statistics in the Ministry of Health in 1986, in charge of the General Delegation for the fight against drugs and drug addiction in 1993 and director of the French Observatory of Drugs and Drug Addiction from 1995 to 2011. He is currently director of studies at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.economie.gouv.fr\/observatoire-des-jeux\">Observatoire des jeux<\/a> with mission to study gambling and money game as well as their social impacts.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff; font-family: Arial;\">Dominique Desjeux<\/span><\/strong> : <span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">professeur d\u2019anthropologie sociale et culturelle \u00e0 la Sorbonne, &#8211; Universit\u00e9 Paris Descartes, Sorbonne Paris Cit\u00e9 -, et Pr\u00e9sident du conseil scientifique du Forum Jeu et Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de 2010 \u00e0 2013. Il a men\u00e9 de tr\u00e8s nombreuses enqu\u00eates qualitatives sur la consommation, les processus de d\u00e9cision et les innovations en entreprises et dans la famille, en Europe, aux USA, en Chine, au Br\u00e9sil et en Afrique depuis 1969. Il est directeur du Dipl\u00f4me Doctoral Professionnel en sciences humaines et sociales qu&#8217;il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 2007, premier doctorat professionnel en France appliqu\u00e9 aux SHS. Il est \u00e9galement consultant international et auteur de nombreux ouvrages.<\/span><\/li>\n<li id=\"dj\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff; font-family: Arial;\">Bernard Franco<\/span><\/strong> : <span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Professeur de Litt\u00e9rature g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et compar\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris-Sorbonne. Ses travaux portent sur les questions de dramaturgie dans les romantismes europ\u00e9ens, les transferts litt\u00e9raires franco- allemands, les relations entre litt\u00e9rature et esth\u00e9tique. Parmi ses principales publications figure Le Despotisme du go\u00fbt. Membre de l&#8217;Unit\u00e9 Inserm U894 Team 1 (exU675), Centre de Psychiatrie et Neurosciences (CPN). Elle a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des expertises \u00e0 l&#8217;INSERM, l&#8217;HAS, l&#8217;ARS et dans des comit\u00e9s de pilotages d&#8217;\u00e9tudes\u00a0 pour l&#8217;ODJ, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Addictions etc. Les th\u00e9matiques de recherche sont les addictions avec et sans substances, les dimensions de personnalit\u00e9 ainsi que l&#8217;\u00e9valuation des prises en charge psychoth\u00e9rapeutiques. Elle est membre entre autres, de l&#8217;Association Fran\u00e7aise de Th\u00e9rapie Comportementale et Cognitive (Commission d\u2019Enseignement) ; de l&#8217;Association Francophone pour la Diffusion des Entretiens de Motivation et de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 M\u00e9dico-Psychologique.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff; font-family: Arial;\">Isabelle Varescon<\/span><\/strong> : <span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">professeur en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie \u00e0 l&#8217;universit\u00e9 Paris Descartes, directrice du Laboratoire Psychopathologie et Processus de Sant\u00e9 (LPPS). La th\u00e9matique principale de ses recherches est l\u2019\u00e9tude des facteurs de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 individuels et environnementaux au d\u00e9veloppement, au maintien et \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat des addictions. Ses recherches portent sur les personnes jeunes adultes et adultes pr\u00e9sentant une addiction aux substances psychoactives ou une addiction sans substance (addictions comportementales).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff; font-family: Arial;\">Juliette Vion-Dury <\/span><\/strong>: <span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">professeur de litt\u00e9rature g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et compar\u00e9e de l&#8217;universit\u00e9 Paris 13-Sorbonne Paris Cit\u00e9.
